Overview

We are a growing IT team seeking an IT System Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Azure to provide on-site and virtual IT support, maintain on-site systems and our global IT services, and help drive IT initiatives forward. You will manage the migration from GWS to M365, collaborate with other teams, and conduct user training sessions to improve IT service delivery and align with IT SLOs.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to employees
• Maintain on-site systems and our global IT services
• Manage the migration process from GWS to M365, collaborating with other teams
• Conduct user training sessions and create IT documentation
• Collaborate with the team to uphold IT service quality and adhere to IT guidelines and SOPs
• Keep local ITC systems up-to-date and operational

What We Are Looking For

• Advanced knowledge and experience with the M365 platform (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, EntraID, Defender, Intune)
• Basic understanding of IT security principles and practices
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (B2/C1 level)
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals/Associate or better are a strong plus
