MS Dynamics CRM Solution Expert (Frascati or Noordwijk)

We are looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Solution Expert to work at ESA’s premises in either Noordwijk, Netherlands or Frascati, Italy . This expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform will be contributing to end‑to‑end solution design, configuration, and implementation across the project lifecycle.

About the client and location

The European Space Agency (ESA) is an intergovernmental organisation committed to studying space and increasing global awareness on current space exploration and related scientific research.

ESA is responsible for outlining and implementing the current European space programme and ensuring its successful execution. Current programmes aim to develop new and existing satellite-based technologies, further our understanding of space whilst also using this information to study Earth and the current climate.

Tasks and activities

The scope of activities may include:

• Translating client requirements into clear technical specifications through close collaboration with consultants and business analysts.
• Designing and customising Dynamics modules to meet business needs.
• Developing client‑side scripts, plugins, and integrations to extend Dynamics functionality with a strong focus on UI/UX.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve performance, and drive innovation within Dynamics development.
• Designing and implementing data integrations between Dynamics and external systems using industry‑standard tools.
• Using Dynamics 365 analytics and Power BI to deliver actionable customer insights.
• Performing unit and integration testing to ensure component quality and performance.
• Gathering requirements and providing business analysis through close collaboration with stakeholders and users.

Skills and experience

The following skills and experience are mandatory:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar solution-deployment activities.
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform customisation.
• End‑to‑end knowledge of the Azure ecosystem and Microsoft Dynamics platform architecture.
• Designing and implementing workflows and business processes in Dynamics CRM.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft digital ecosystem (Dynamics, SharePoint, Power Platform, etc.).
• Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
• Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The below skills and experience are highly desirable;

• Experience with additional Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages) to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities is a plus.
