We are seeking a Senior MS Dynamics CRM Solution Expert for a confidential assignment based in the Rome area, within an international organization operating in the aerospace sector.
This is a hands‑on technical role with end‑to‑end ownership, from requirements gathering to solution deployment, in a complex and structured enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications in close collaboration with consultants and business analysts
- Designing and customising Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business needs
- Developing client‑side scripts, plugins, and integrations with a strong focus on UI/UX
- Designing and implementing data integrations between Dynamics and external systems using industry‑standard tools
- Delivering actionable insights through Dynamics 365 analytics and Power BI
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and drive innovation within Dynamics development
- Performing unit and integration testing to ensure solution quality
- Contributing to CRM and Power Platform governance and standards
Required Skills and Experience
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customisation and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
- End‑to‑end knowledge of the Azure ecosystem and Microsoft Dynamics platform architecture
- Proven experience designing and deploying custom Dynamics 365 solutions
- Solid understanding of the broader Microsoft digital ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Pages)
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Comfortable working autonomously and within international, multicultural teams
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Pages to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Independent Contractor Agreement, annual duration
- On‑site presence required twice a week, Rome area
- Monthly travel availability required
