Who We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and take ownership of their career growth.
• Minimum 1 year in a sales role (B2C, B2B, SDR, BDR)
• Experience with metrics, targets, and KPIs is beneficial
• A proactive mindset with a passion for building strong client relationships.
• Relocation Ready : A willingness to relocate to Malta and commit to a long-term career with Archer Recruitment.

Compensation:

• Year one typically €42k+; year 2 up to 56k+ (Base + Commission)
