We are looking for a talented and autonomous Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to join our growing Italy Marketing team.

You will play a key role in shaping how Odoo is perceived in the Italian market through impactful and consistent visual content.

You are not just a designer. You are the visual voice of Odoo in Italy.

We offer a permanent full time contract.

Based on your experience , the position offers a salary range between € 30.000 and € 36.000 .

Responsibilities

Graphic

• Create marketing visuals for campaigns, events, product launches and digital communication
• Design assets for social media, landing pages, ads and email campaigns
• Produce design for print materials (brochures, flyers, roll-ups, event branding, etc.)

Motion

• Create motion graphics for marketing campaigns and animate assets for videos, presentations and digital formats
• Ensure strong consistency with Odoo’s brand guidelines and adapt assets from the Belgium team for the Italian market

Example of content you will create

• Social media campaigns
• Event visuals and print materials
• Motion assets for videos
• Final Export and publications on different platforms (YT, Instagram, Linkedin, Meta etc)

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in graphic design and Motion Design
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Canva)
• Branding and layout skills
• Strong understanding of typography, composition and visual hierarchy
• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
