Offer Description
The person in charge will be responsible of developing materials suitable for use as sensing elements in electrochemical sensors for emerging pollutants, as well as characterizing the analytical performance of the developed sensors — specifically regarding sensitivity, limit of detection, selectivity, and accuracy of analytical determination in real matrices. The materials used to fabricate the sensors, as well as the sensors themselves, will be characterized using a range of electrochemical, microscopic, and spectroscopic techniques to establish structure-property relationships that support the optimization of the sensor.
