What You’ll Do



As a Model - Based Test Engineer , you’ll lead end-to-end testing of our Global Product Configurator, validating every aspect of its performance, reliability, and user experience. From concept to release, you’ll simulate real-world scenarios, automate testing processes, and collaborate with top-tier engineers and product leaders. You’ll tackle exciting challenges such as:



  • Test Strategy : Define and implement comprehensive test plans based on requirements, specifications, and user stories.
  • End-to-End Testing : Simulate real-world scenarios to validate functionality, performance, and UX across platforms.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Automation & Tooling : Develop and use tools and scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Analysis & Reporting : Identify and document bugs, generate detailed reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Advanced Testing : Conduct load, stress, usability, and regression tests to ensure stability and scalability.
  • Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the evolution of testing processes and best practices.



What You Bring



  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in product testing, QA, or validation—ideally in complex, configurable systems.
  • Strong command of testing tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Postman, Uipath).
  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, C#).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and QA frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences.



Bonus Points



  • QA certifications.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools and RPA.
