In this role, you will play a key part in enabling seamless global mobility for a diverse, international workforce. You will support cross-border employment by managing immigration processes, ensuring compliance, and guiding stakeholders through complex regulatory environments. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote setting, you’ll collaborate with global teams and external partners to deliver efficient relocation and mobility solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape how organizations operate across borders while improving employee experiences worldwide. You’ll also contribute to process optimization and automation, helping scale mobility operations in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, adaptability, and making a tangible global impact.

Accountabilities

  • Provide expert guidance on immigration compliance and global mobility processes to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and oversee visa and work permit applications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to local regulations
  • Monitor evolving immigration laws and maintain compliance through updated processes and documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact for relocation, sponsorship, and business travel-related inquiries
  • Handle escalations effectively, identifying solutions and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Track and manage case statuses using internal systems, ensuring transparency and efficiency
  • Contribute to process improvements through automation, documentation, and operational optimization initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in global mobility, immigration compliance, or a related field, with a strong focus on immigration processes
  • Solid understanding of international immigration procedures and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high performance standards
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with customer-facing experience
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote and asynchronous setting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex cases and provide solution-oriented recommendations
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in tech or high-growth environments is advantageous
