Mobility Products Specialist - sede Trento
Location: Great Milan Metropolitan Area (note: keep as originally stated if needed)
Responsibilities
- Collect requests from external sources such as Brands, Network, HQs, through our internal sales (Brand Managers, Sales Department) or from internal Departments or Management about new products, variations, modifications, or other initiatives.
- Support the Manager in analyzing, developing and presenting concepts and features for each product in the area of competence.
- Contribute to present arguments and studies to the Company to evaluate worthiness and feasibility.
- Responsible for creating new Mobility products and/or services or optimizing existing ones by defining contents, developing appropriate Business Cases with Pricing and Controlling, and changing processes and systems involving operational offices and IT.
- Consider legal aspects and coordinate with Sales and Digital & Direct training program and communication plan.
- Be in charge of NPP process and Connect (LTR Product).
Existing Products management
- Cooperate with Brand Management and Controlling to evaluate profitability and feasibility of promotional campaigns or actions.
- Collaborate with Brand Management in launching campaigns (LOI with brand, circular to dealer network).
- Manage and execute promotional campaigns in First (terms, validity, sales channel).
- Create and update services/products codes in First in cooperation with Pricing.
- Cooperate with Legal and operational offices to change or set processes to support initiatives.
- Review and update standard contracts and derogations.
- Manage product catalogues in First according to Brand Manager and Sales requests (by channel, by group, by Brand).
- Support Retail and Sales Channel with information about products, services and promotions.
- Manage Employee product and update the car list quarterly.
Car data maintenance in First
- Guarantee the correctness and completeness of the vehicle database and car specifications in First by monitoring processes and managing the external service provider.
- Receive Neutral RV changes from Residual Values information and implement them in the system.
- Receive discount changes from Brand Manager/Vendor Management and keep them updated in First.
- Manage in First the “Strategic RV” according with Brand Manager and Controlling.
- Manage the budget of tacticals assigned to Marketing, analyzing with Brand Manager the most effective application and monitoring spending.
Role and duties – core business
- Development of new Mobility products and services integrated into the existing product catalog according to Group Brand products/initiatives and strategies.
- Maintenance and modifications of existing products in relation with all suppliers.
- Maintenance of car data (car specifications, list prices, discount, residual value).
- Promotional campaigns management.
- Definition of processes and procedures and their implementations.
- General focal point for all Departments and stakeholders for LTR products and quotations.
Competences
- At least 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (Automotive).
- Knowledge of Marketing issues.
- Knowledge of Automotive market and mobility trends.
- Knowledge of basic financial maths and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle.
- Knowledge of main office automation tools (Excel, SAS, PowerPoint).
