  • Leidos is hiring licensed behavioral health professionals to join our Adult Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) team to support at Camp Casey in South Korea.

    12 Month Assignment - December 17, 2025

    Join the mission to support U.S. military service members and their families as they work through important military life adjustments while serving their country. The Adult Military and Family Life Counselor (Adult-MFLC) position offers a unique opportunity to serve a vital role, providing non-medical support, including counseling, consultation, and outreach, to service members, military family members, and eligible staff. Non-medical counseling is preventive and aims to address issues early with solution-focused approaches.

    Service members, spouses, and family members face unique emotional and environmental challenges due to military life stress. This is an opportunity for you to reach them where and when you are most needed.

    • Responsibilities include:
    • Providing face-to-face counseling to military service members and their families (individuals, couples, and families).
    • Engaging in activities with service members, military spouses, and families; offering coaching, guidance, and support; modeling behavior management techniques for staff and family members.
    • Delivering presentations at military-connect events to service members, families, and leadership.
    • Promoting creativity and positivity with approved materials.
    • Building rapport with families by attending installation and community events.
    • Assisting with transition adjustments, such as new schools and homes.
    • Participating in regular training and other activities as assigned.
    • Communicating trends and issues at the installation to Team Leads.

    Environment

    Duties are performed in indoor (60%) and outdoor (40%) locations, with outdoor work involving uneven terrain and weather exposure.

    Minimum Requirements

    • A Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health Professions (MS / MSW / MA / PhD).
    • U.S. citizenship and an active passport valid for at least 6 months after the assignment.
    • Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Public Trust clearance.

    • Pay Range: $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
