Role Overview

Responsible for area direct sales business in Milan and surrounding core markets. Focus on end-user acquisition, key account development, and project-based sales. Contribute to market share growth and enhance brand influence in the Milan region through effective direct sales activities.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop direct sales opportunities for construction machinery products in the Milan area, including customer acquisition, follow-up, and deal closure.
  2. Identify, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with Key Accounts in the region.
  3. Execute the Milan regional direct sales plan in alignment with annual company targets and achieve assigned sales KPIs.
  4. Collaborate with after-sales, marketing, and headquarters teams to support project delivery, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business.


Qualifications

  1. Proven sales experience in the construction machinery industry; direct sales or key account sales experience is preferred.
  2. Familiar with construction machinery products and industry applications (e.g., earthmoving, infrastructure, rental, etc.).
  3. Good command of English, capable of business communication and internal coordination.
