All’interno Della Sede Di Milano, Entrerete In Stretto Contatto Con Il Team Fund Operations Credit Unit Linked. Lavorerete In Un Contesto Dinamico e Internazionale, Prendendo In Carico La Gestione Operativa Di Diversi Fondi Con Le Seguenti Responsabilità Principali
Monitoraggio della performance

• Contributo alla modellizzazione della performance dei fondi e monitoraggio dei budget;
• Calcolo e controllo del NAV in collaborazione con i fornitori di servizi;
• Contributo alla redazione dei report per gli investitori.
  

Transazioni

• Coordinamento della creazione di nuovi fondi;
• Partecipazione all’esecuzione delle transazioni;
• Coordinamento dei flussi di passivo.
  

Controllo e reporting

• Monitoraggio della liquidità e della capacità d’investimento;
• Follow-up degli investimenti (richiami, pagamenti degli interessi, rimborsi...);
• Mantenimento delle banche dati di riferimento;
• Analisi specifiche su richiesta dei gestori o dei clienti.
  

Operations

• Selezione e monitoraggio delle relazioni con i fornitori di servizi;
• Coordinamento della contabilità e dei pagamenti.
• Proattività nella proposta di miglioramenti degli strumenti e dei processi.

Performance Monitoring
Based in the Milan office, you will work closely with the Fund Operations Credit Unit Linked team. In a dynamic and international environment, you will take ownership of the operational management of several funds, with the following key responsibilities:

• Contribution to modeling fund performance and budget monitoring;
• Calculation and control of NAV in relation with service providers;
• Contribution to investor reporting;
  

Transactions

• Coordination of the creation of new funds;
• Participation in the execution of transactions;
• Coordination of subscriptions & redemptions;
  

Control And Reporting

• Monitoring of cash flow and investment capacity;
• Monitoring of investments (drawings, interest payments, repayments, etc.);
• Maintenance of reference bases;
• Specific analyzes at the request of managers or clients;
  

Operation

• Selection and monitoring of relationships with service providers;
• Coordination of accounting and payments;
• Force of proposal for the improvement of tools and processes.
  

Profile
(IT)
Esperienza di 4-5 anni in un ruolo nelle Operazioni di Fondi nel settore dell’Asset Management.
Conoscenza dei prodotti finanziari – la conoscenza di eFront costituisce un plus.
Esperienza con Excel e la suite Office.
Spirito di squadra – capacità di operare in un ambiente esigente e in forte crescita.
Competenze analitiche, rigore, autonomia e dinamismo.
Inglese fluente obbligatorio.

4-5 year's experience in an Asset Management Fund Operation position.
Knowledge of the financial products - Knowledge of eFront a plus.
Experience with Excel & Office Suite.
Team Player - Ability to work in a challenging and fast-growing environment.
Analytical skills, Rigor, autonomy & dynamism.
Fluent English imperative
