Job Description
Arrow is looking for a Microsoft Partner Success Manager to join our Microsoft team in Italy. In this role you will act as a key contact for Microsoft partners, supporting their development and helping them grow their business through Arrow. You will combine partner relationship management, commercial support, and business development, while working closely with internal teams and Microsoft‑related programs. The role is open to candidates with different levels of experience, with more experienced profiles focusing on acquiring new partners and developing new business opportunities.
What will you be doing?
Managing and supporting Microsoft partners in their daily business.
Building and developing long‑term partner relationships.
Helping partners understand Microsoft program rules, requirements, and available opportunities.
Providing updates on Microsoft products, pricing, incentives, and partner programs.
Supporting renewals, commercial offers, and upselling opportunities.
Supporting onboarding of new partners to Arrow and ArrowSphere.
Supporting new partner acquisition and business development, depending on experience.
Coordinating partner requests with internal teams.
Tracking activities, opportunities, deadlines, and follow‑ups.
Preparing and presenting relevant information to partners and internal stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
University degree or relevant professional experience in business, sales, IT, technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales support, business development, partner management, customer support, account support, or another customer‑facing role.
Interest in IT, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, Microsoft technologies, or technology sales.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to build business relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Structured and accountable approach to work, with good follow‑up and task tracking skills.
Ability to understand program rules, commercial conditions, pricing updates, and partner requirements.
Proactive mindset, flexibility, and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and partner programs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Business fluency in Italian and English.
Experience in IT distribution, channel sales, vendor management, or partner ecosystem is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft cloud, security, licensing, partner programs, or incentives is nice to have.
Experience with renewals, commercial offers, upselling, or partner onboarding is preferred.
