How you’ll make a difference

• Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Cloud and Hybrid environments, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft on premises infrastructures.
• Support operational needs by defining procedures, enabling monitoring entities, extracting data, and adjusting cloud and infrastructure configurations.
• Monitor, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues across cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
• Install, support, and maintain complex cloud based and on premises systems.
• Configure and manage core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, etc.) in cloud, hybrid, and on prem environments.
• Design, configure, and manage virtualization and cloud infrastructure architectures.
• Define, implement, manage, and test Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions, including cloud based Backup and Recovery.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in Microsoft infrastructure roles, including Cloud and Hybrid environments.
• Solid knowledge of services hosted on Windows Server and Microsoft Azure.
• Infrastructure level expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS / PaaS).
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.).
• Knowledge of networking concepts applied to cloud environments (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing).
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server in on prem and/or cloud scenarios
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work on client-facing projects.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in team environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Degree or diploma in IT, electronics, or equivalent skills.
• Curiosity and strong interest in new and emerging technologies.
• Additional Specialized Technical Skills Beyond Core Infrastructure Topics.
• Microsoft certifications.
• Experience in the field of Cybersecurity.
