The opportunity

The Microsoft Endpoint Administrator is a central role in our Modern Workplace & Security delivery model. You will design, implement, secure, and optimize Microsoft Endpoint solutions across hybrid and cloud environments, leveraging Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft 365 security technologies.

You will support enterprise customers in their digital workplace transformation journey, modern provisioning, Zero Trust adoption, and endpoint security hardening.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather endpoint management and security requirements, translating them into detailed designs and implementation plans.
• Design, deploy and improve Modern Endpoint Management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Lead end-to-end device lifecycle management projects including provisioning (Autopilot), enrollment strategies (BYOD, COPE, Kiosk), configuration profiles, compliance policies, software distribution, and update rings management.
• Implement advanced endpoint security features including Attack Surface Reduction (ASR), EDR onboarding, vulnerability management, conditional access, and privileged access controls.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to standardize reusable components, define best practices, and drive operational excellence through automation (PowerShell), governance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide high-level support, training, and documentation to customers and internal teams.
• Act as technical lead for projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager : enrollment methods, device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, update rings, RBAC, scope tags.
• Deep understanding of Windows Autopilot for modern provisioning, hybrid join/cloud join, ESP configuration, hardware hash onboarding.
• Strong experience with MECM / SCCM : collections, boundaries, software updates (ADR), client settings, operating system deployment, co-management scenarios.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint : onboarding, threat protection, ASR rules, antivirus policies, device groups, automation levels, notifications, and incident response workflows.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID , identity management, Conditional Access, MFA, and hybrid identity models.
• Familiarity with mobile device management: Android (BYOD, COPE, Kiosk), iOS/iPadOS, Managed Google Play, app configuration.
• Good understanding of networking, PowerShell scripting, virtualization (Hyper‑V/VMware) and modern IT security practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with a proactive and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Extensive experience in Modern Workplace / Endpoint Administration with Microsoft technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise endpoint solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Proven knowledge of endpoint security, device lifecycle management, and modern provisioning methodologies.
• A professional and business‑focused attitude, with strong customer orientation.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Microsoft Certifications such as:
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
  • Security, Compliance & Identity certifications
• Experience with MECM/Intune co‑management in hybrid scenarios.
• Experience writing technical documentation, articles, or delivering workshops/webinars.
• Knowledge of mobile device ecosystems and app development basics (Android Studio) is a plus.
• Experience with MSIX packaging and app attach (Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and cybersecurity governance.
