We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to lead the rollout of Dynamics 365 for our Finance and Operations departments across Europe. This role offers an opportunity to act as a trusted consultant to European stakeholders, analyzing business challenges, streamlining processes, and implementing solutions to enhance performance within our multinational group.

Your responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, working with European country teams to assess requirements and implement Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and customize Finance & Operations modules, prioritizing standard features and integrating additional tools as needed.
• Manage data migration, testing, and deployment to ensure successful go-lives.
• Stay informed of new platform capabilities and advocate for their adoption.
• Create user documentation and deliver training sessions.
• Coordinate between IT and business teams to optimize system functionality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Deep understanding of finance and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 (preferred).
• Legal right to work in Italy or Poland; visa sponsorship not provided.
