We’re Hiring: Microgrid / Power Systems Specialist

Full remote (only freelance consultancy agreements)
Are you passionate about advanced power systems and cutting-edge microgrid technologies? Join our team and play a key role in developing next-generation microgrid capabilities, including intentional islanding and seamless resynchronization.
Your Mission
Lead CPPC Tiers microgrid capabilities, ensuring compliance with grid codes and protection schemes while enabling reliable and efficient system performance.
What You’ll Do
• Design islanding logic (grid-forming and non-grid-forming)
• Implement synchronization and resynchronization sequences
• Coordinate control logic with protection systems
• Manage and resolve grid interaction edge cases
What We’re Looking For
• Strong expertise in microgrid systems and grid protection
• Hands-on experience in industrial or utility-scale microgrid projects
• Solid understanding of power systems and grid integration
