In a context of business growth and agility development, the Logistics Methods Engineer must support the development of Hub activities by improving logistics processes.
Job responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement Projects for Logistics Activities:
- Define and target business needs.
- Design solutions in collaboration with IT/technical teams.
- Organize and monitor tests before project deployment.
- Lead transformation projects.
- Define and Implement Logistics Processes:
- Master warehouse flow processes.
- Identify new requirements and lead their implementation.
- Act as the interface between IT teams and business teams.
- Implement Activity Analysis and Monitoring Tools:
- Support the warehouse in implementing new processes.
- Train teams and manage change.
- Ensure Technology evolution:
- Stay abreast of technical evolutions in logistics and packaging.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions.
Profile
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the logistics, supply chain or project management field
- Engineering degree or specialization in supply chain/logistics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI; knowledge of a WMS (Warehouse Management System) is an asset.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Analytical skills.
- Project management.
- Mastery of the supply chain.
- Demonstrate rigor and analytical capabilities.
- Possess a strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be autonomous daily, anticipate, and organize tasks.
