Siemens Camstar (now OpcenterExecution) consultant ONSITE - WARSTEIN (GERMANY)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MES expert with 4-8 years of experience in Opcenter and Camstar testing. A Quality Assurance professional with deep expertise in Siemens Camstar (now OpcenterExecution), you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementations across semiconductor, medical device, or electronics manufacturing environments. You will perform execution of complex test strategies that bridge the gap between shop-floor automation and enterprise system.

Experience of integration of MES with S/4 HANA will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform system integration test.
2. Support user acceptance test to ensure the system meets business requirements and functional specifications.
3. Provide support factory integration application solution rollout in accordance with factory integration’s standard operating procedures.
4. Provide post‑stabilization inclusive of incident and problem management to minimize business impact.
5. Provide support (not accountable) for incident and service request tickets.
6. Provide technical support during problem investigation of incidents to identify root cause(s).
7. Prepare weekly status reports and send to project work package owners.
8. Involve in test case preparation and test reporting for User Acceptance Test.
9. Involve in preparation of solution deployment checklist.
10. Involve in frequently asked question (FAQ) preparation.
11. Involve in root cause analysis investigation report.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 8 years in Camstar/Opcenter Execution testing
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of Camstar/Opcenter and Business Rules.
  • Experience with MS SQL or Oracle database testing.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes such as WIP tracking, non‑conformance management, and genealogy.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot complex integration failures and the ability to communicate progress to global stakeholders.

Work location: Warstein, Germany

Language requirement: English + (additional language as required)

No of years of experience: 4‑8 years

Work Model: Remote / In plant / Hybrid – 5 days in customer location
