IDEX Consulting are pleased to be partnering with an award-winning insurance broker, seeking an M&A Analyst to be based from their Milan office.
You will be part of the broking team working on mergers & acquisitions insurance deals. The role will be very hands on and provide in depth experience with M&A deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supporting senior brokers on live M&A deals
- Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow
- Supporting deal execution and regularly liaising with senior brokers and the underwriting market
- Liaising and meeting with potential clients
- Attending industry events, networking opportunities and team outing
