At the heart of our Group’s headquarters, within an international environment, we are looking for a Merchandising Specialist (M/F) in our Milan Office !

Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will support the team in driving operational excellence across the product lifecycle. You will ensure clear communication, structured planning, and on-time execution of all merchandising milestones. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will manage key product data and work closely with cross-functional teams to enable efficient workflows and informed decision-making.


Your missions will include :

  • Lead seasonal set-up processes in relevant systems; maintain accuracy and data integrity across platforms.
  • Support the merchandising team with data exports and line list management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for system-related merchandising inquiries and training.
  • Support the merchandising team in executing assortment strategies and line architecture.
  • Support communication between merchandising, design, product development, planning, marketing, and sales.
  • Coordinate the merchandising calendar, ensuring the team works effectively and collectively towards set timelines and deliverables.


About you :

  • Degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years in merchandising operations, retail coordination, or project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling tools; familiarity with retail systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Great attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Desire for continuous improvement and a strong commitment to progress.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
