Project & Construction Manager

Degree in Architecture / Building Engineering required – Required Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role in similar realities in Engineering or Construction Firms

Florence / Milan

Mechanical Systems Designer: HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting systems

Required min. 3 years of experience – degree in engineering or expert diploma – Good knowledge and experience in Autocad and Excel software required.

Electrical & Special Systems Designer

Required min. 3 years of experience – degree in engineering or expert diploma – Good knowledge and experience in Autocad and Excel software required.

Required min. 2 years of experience – degree in engineering or expert diploma – Excellent knowledge ACCA PriMus and Excel required.

Fire Safety Engineer

Required min. 5 years of experience – degree in civil engineering, building engineering, architecture, or related fields required.

Project & Construction Manager - ESA UK

Extensive experience with JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal) and/or NEC (New Engineering Contract) forms of contract, as well as the ability to manage highly complex construction projects (construction budget > £25 million) in the UK market, ideally in London, is required.
