From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a creative, strategic, and brand-oriented Members Relations Manager in Madison House Milan , right in the heart of Milan.

Main responsibilities

-Lead prospecting, outreach and lead generation initiatives during the pre-opening phase to build a strong pipeline of prospective members.

- Conduct private tours, presentations and personalized meetings with potential members, effectively communicating the club’s value proposition and exclusivity.

- Oversee and manage the full membership onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, consistent and premium experience at every stage.

- Monitor, grow and nurture the membership base through targeted engagement, retention and loyalty strategies.

- Develop and facilitate networking, collaboration and community-building opportunities among members.

- Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to strengthen the club’s positioning, visibility and appeal to target audiences.

- Track, analyze and report on membership KPIs and performance metrics, proposing data-driven strategies to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in hospitality, members clubs or luxury lifestyle environments.
• Sociable personality with ability to relate to a diverse and international clientele.
• Proven team management and leadership skills.
• Professional, discreet and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Creative mindset for delivering “surprise & delight” moments.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
