Role Description

We are expanding the Advisory Board. The individual will advise on strategic decisions, assist in Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, and provide guidance on exit positioning. Key responsibilities include deal origination, industry expertise and network, in high growth niche leaders Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland to enhance the fund's investment growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Deep deal-origination relationships in Italy, Germany, Austria or Switzerland mid-market SMEs
• Senior Expertise in B2B Services, Industrial, Supply Chain, Water and Waste management
• 20+ years of senior experience in the selected industries with a network of industry contacts
• Strong communication, leadership, integrity and collaboration abilities
• Experience in SME investments or related industries is preferred
