GNV is seeking onboard doctors for their Ro/Pax vessels used for passenger traffic.

The selected candidates will handle onboard healthcare activities.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Captain, the onboard doctor provides general and emergency care to passengers and crew during incidents, illnesses, or injuries, ensuring confidentiality.

In case of medical evacuation, decisions are made collaboratively with the Captain and the land-based medical department.

Requirements

Candidates must have:

• A medical degree;
• Registration with the Medical Board;
• A valid passport or ID card.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Proficiency in English;
• Navigation license with certification for passenger ships and STCW, biennial, and annex 2 valid;
• Previous experience.
