The Opportunity: As Medical Scientific Liaison, you will be responsible for providing scientific and clinical information to healthcare professionals, facilitating discussions on the latest research and developments, and ensuring that the company's products are used effectively and safely. In this position you will support with the Engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs); Scientific Communication; Clinical Research Cross-Functional Collaboration. You will be working closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to align on strategies and share valuable insights from the medical community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted advisor for scientific exchange to Key External Experts (KEEs) and stakeholders throughout the product life cycle.
  • Gather data from the field that generates medical insights.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, within and outside of Medical Affairs (MA).
  • Execute the tactical field plans for engagement with the medical/scientific community for a product.
  • Essential Knowledge & Experience:
  • Experience within a similar role in Medical Affairs.
  • Fluent in Italian and English languages.
  • Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience in the specialties of Haematology therapeutic area.
  • PhD education qualification.
  • Education/Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in health-related Sciences or equivalent.
  • Additional information:
  • This is a permanent full-time position.
  • The position is based in Italy.
  • This position is field based in Italy and cover the Central and South of Italy area where 80% travel is expected in line with your role.
