In this role, you connect medical science with digital innovation to elevate the scientific authority of our Dermatological Beauty brands. You will design a seamless omnichannel experience for healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships with medical experts. You’ll turn clinical data into engaging digital assets and drive personalized, data-driven HCP engagement. This position offers a chance to shape cross-channel strategies at scale within a global beauty leader.

Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Design and execute a 360 communication strategy for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
  • Map and orchestrate end-to-end HCP journeys across face-to-face and digital touchpoints
  • Translate complex clinical data into digital assets and manage the Content Factory
  • Drive personalized engagement using CRM platforms and segment HCP databases
  • Automate campaigns to sustain engagement and optimize performance
  • Define and track key metrics across digital channels to demonstrate impact

Responsabilità

  • Master in Life Science or STEM discipline
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Medical Affairs within pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetic industry
  • Strong CRM Platform & Analytics, Digital Project Management, Data Analytics, Scientific Communications, and Media Analytics, Search & Performance abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to align stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Fluency in Italian and English
