Role
Provide medical and scientific leadership to the National Leadership Team and engaging both internal and external stakeholders, proving evidences and spaces for improving value proposition of Sandoz portfolio across life cycle at Country, Cluster, Regional and Global level. Support Global / Region / Cluster Medical Leads in the execution of medical activities inside the Medical community and integrate with the Business execution.

Your key responsibilities
- Planning, execution and reporting of Medical Affairs Country Plan and ensure timely and on budget delivery.
- Build Medical Affairs strategy and plans, publications, internal and external educational activities as well as other communication activities involving Medical Experts.
- Develop, contribute and review presentation materials for study / program-related advisory boards, investigator meetings, protocol training meetings, etc. in line with MLR workstream.
- Serve as key medical expert for internal stakeholders from different line functions as well as external customers, including health care professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
- Provide capability building plan for field medical associates, including disease areas and product specific contents to train Medical Department associates.
- Lead and develop the team as a coach, act as a role model of our Values and inspire the external community through our pioneering access purpose and mindset.

What you’ll bring to the role
- Scientific degree, MD preferred
- Fluent English, Italian (nice to have)
- At least 5+ years experience in Medical Affairs / Research & development in Life Science
- At least 3+ experience in building high performing teams
- Previous experiences linked to Scientific Exchange and external engagement / Non-Interventional Studies (NIS) / Epidemiology Studies / Medical Governance / Clinical Trial Design, Data & Reporting
