Medical Conference Hostess, Tour Leader, Event Organizer

SMC media srl, academic publisher and medical congress organizer based in Milan, is urgently seeking temporary staff for international medical congresses. Areas: Lombardy, Piedmont, Trentino.

Main responsibilities: assistance in the preliminary preparation of the conference (in office) programme set up, faculty relations;
on-site support for logistics, accreditation, hall management, organization and management of transfers etc.

Skills :

• Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to interact professionally with stakeholders;
  
• Experience in medical congresses, knowledge of the pharma industry rules and Age.Na.S requirements;
  
• Organizational skills and problem-solving attitude;
  
• Excellent english, professional fluency;
  
• Knowledge of software for event planning,

Fee: compensation adequate to actual experience and level of service.
