Supervised Responsibilities May Include

  • Serve as a support contact for basic technical and medical inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders, under supervision.
  • Assist in handling queries from healthcare professionals, researchers, field teams, and internal departments such as Medical, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Quality Assurance.
  • Support the process of researching scientific information to help prepare accurate responses to medical or technical requests.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director, Senior Medical Advisor, and Global Medical Affairs teams on daily activities and ongoing projects.
  • Assist in literature searches, monitoring new scientific publications relevant to company products, and preparing summaries for internal use.
  • Help distribute relevant scientific papers and resources to internal teams or external customers when requested.
  • Contribute to the recording and documentation of medical inquiries and responses in the global database, ensuring accuracy of metrics.
  • Support the sales certification process by preparing documentation and coordinating necessary materials.
  • Assist in the review flow of promotional materials, ensuring timely progression within the approval system.
  • Collaborate with regional medical colleagues to prepare training materials and logistics for internal training sessions.
  • Support the Medical Information Expert with data gathering and review of specialized medical content related to allocated products.
  • Provide administrative support for activities with the commercial teams, including gathering scientific insights and contributing to congress preparation.
  • Help prepare congress and symposium reports, summarizing key scientific learnings.
  • Assist in organizing advisory boards, expert meetings, and scientific society interactions.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the Medical Affairs team (workflows, contracts, reporting, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Graduation in: Pharmacy, CTF, Biotechnology, Biology, Medical Sciences or similar fields
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
