We’re excited about all things creative and digital, and now we’re looking to expand our marketing

team with a Media Specialist Apprentice .

If you’re passionate about social media, digital advertising, and data-driven marketing — and eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment — we want to meet you!

• Support in managing and uploading campaigns across Meta Ads , Google Ads , TikTok Ads and other paid media platforms.
• Assist with campaign performance analysis, reporting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce effective, consistent digital assets.
• Monitor trends, benchmark competitors, and identify new digital opportunities.

• A genuine interest in digital marketing and online advertising.
• Familiarity with social platforms and basic advertising tools (even at entry level).
• An analytical mindset and curiosity for understanding what drives performance.
• Proactivity, precision, and strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent Italian and good English.

• Experience with Meta Business Manager or Google Ads.
• Studies in marketing, communication, or digital business.
• Interest in copywriting or creative content production.

Milan — with the possibility to work 1 day per week remotely .
