Role Summary & Impact
The Reporting Specialist will be a key figure within a dedicated client team, providing operational and analytical support for media campaigns. This role focuses on comprehensive data analysis and reporting to support internal media planning and buying teams, ensuring effective campaign execution and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track media campaign effectiveness against defined KPIs, utilizing reporting systems and internal tools.
- Collect, aggregate, and analyze media data from various sources to identify trends and provide relevant data for decision-making.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc campaign reports, presentations, and dashboards for the client team.
- Conduct competitive analysis and investment analysis to benchmark client media activity within the market.
- Perform internal data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Support media planning and buying teams by providing precise and timely data for campaign optimization and future strategy definition.
Requirements
- 2/3 years of previous experience in media agencies, in reporting, analytical, or data-focused roles.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Good knowledge of main market software (e.g., Nielsen Aqx, Arianna, Mcs).
- Familiarity with media reporting systems and ad servers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
- A keen interest in leveraging data and emerging technologies, including AI tools, for enhanced understanding and efficiency.
