Role Summary and Impact
The Senior Linear Planner is responsible for design, development and optimization of complex and highly effective offline media plans (TV, Print, Radio). This role is key in strategic competitive analysis, advanced reporting and actively contributes to defining communication strategies. We seek an individual with proven analytical capabilities who can operate autonomously and provide significant strategic contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement complex offline media plans (TV, Print, Radio) ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct in‑depth competitive analyses translating complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Independently manage and leverage advanced functionalities of media planning tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS and NetBox.
- Monitor and control budgets, producing detailed analytical reports and proposing corrective actions based on performance.
- Actively participate in defining communication strategies, contributing data‑driven insights and analytical perspectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative agencies, media owners) to ensure flawless execution of media plans.
- Present plans and analyses internally, communicating results, insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of consolidated experience in media planning (preferably within a media agency) with specific expertise in offline media.
- In‑depth knowledge and proven experience in TV, Print and Radio planning.
- Proficiency and advanced usage of industry tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS and NetBox.
- Strong analytical and strategic capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights.
- Independent and proactive in project management, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attitude for teamwork and collaboration.
- Precision, meticulous attention to detail and a strong results‑oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent cultural background.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
