About the role
As Media & Communication Specialist – Off‑Road (Enduro) you will be a key voice of Alpinestars within the motocross and enduro world.
Your mission is to translate race performance, athlete experience, and product innovation into authentic communication — connecting Alpinestars with riders, teams, ambassadors, media, and the global off‑road community.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop communication for Alpinestars, specifically for off road and enduro
- Transform racing performance, athlete insights, and technical innovation into brand stories
- Ensure consistency and authenticity of Alpinestars’ voice across all off‑road media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international and local off-road and enduro media, including magazines, digital platforms, journalists, and content creators
- Support and coordinate media testing, race coverage, and paddock activation
- Act as a central communication point for athletes, teams, test riders, and brand ambassadors
- Support athlete and ambassador content while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and image
- Represent Alpinestars across the off‑road racing ecosystem, including Motocross, Enduro, and other events
- Strengthen brand presence within professional off‑road communities
- Monitor trends, emerging talents, and evolving media formats within the off‑road segment.
Requirements:
- Solid background in media, communications, PR, or marketing, ideally within motocross, enduro, action sports, or performance apparel
- Strong network within off‑road media and industry stakeholders
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of motocross and enduro racing culture, technical equipment, and athlete needs
- Experience working with professional athletes or racing teams is highly valued
- Genuine passion for motocross and/or enduro riding
- Confident, proactive communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
- Hands‑on, flexible, and comfortable working in race‑driven environments
- Able to represent a premium global brand with authenticity
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (C1), a second language is a plus
- Willing to travel frequently to races, events, and test sessions.
