Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Media and Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys a wide range of responsibilities. Due to the size of our company, the successful candidate will be involved in many aspects of the business, from content creation and marketing to assisting with operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Designing promotional and technical materials both online and offline (linesheet, pricelist, technical drawings, ...).
- Website and Online Shop Management: Maintaining and updating website content, including product photography, descriptions, and inventory.
- Run in home photoshoots: shooting and editing.
- Management of Photoshoots: This includes model scouting, concept development, styling, coordinating with photographers, and managing logistics.
Potential Additional Responsibilities:
- Supplier Management: Assisting with sourcing, purchasing, obtaining quotes, researching new suppliers, and attending trade shows.
- Shipping Support: Assisting with preparing shipping labels and packaging.
- Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
- Wholesale Sales Assistance (at Paris Showroom): Providing sales support during wholesale events in Paris.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in photo editing and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with photography. Video editing is a plus.
- Styling experience. (desirable)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
