We are building the first in-orbit energy infrastructure.
At ORiS, we design laser-based systems to transmit power in space.
Location: Turin, Italy (hybrid)
What you will do:
- Design and integrate electro-mechanical systems
- Work hands-on: assembly, testing, debugging
- Prototype using CAD and 3D printing tools
- Integrate motors, sensors, and embedded components
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with electromechanical systems
- CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
- Experience with system integration and prototyping
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to have:
- Robotics / automation systems
- Embedded basics (Arduino, STM32)
- Control systems fundamentals
- Python / computer vision
Salary range: € 40k – € 60k
