Overview
Following an initial training period, the candidate will join the Metrology team as a Mechatronic Engineer Intern, contributing to the development, testing, and validation of equipment for the automated inspection of semiconductor components. Responsibilities
Selection and testing of key components Mechanical and electrical design Definition of system specifications Testing and validation of the final system Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Strong theoretical technical background Hands‑on experience and practical skills Knowledge of at least one software tool for 3D modeling and design Ability to work autonomously on assigned tasks Strong willingness to learn and tackle new technical challenges Team‑oriented mindset Location
