In Unox , a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the seventh consecutive year, is seeking for a Mechanical Project Leader to join the Design Industrialization Team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze problems/opportunities related to Unox products.
  • Manage/participate in the design-prototyping-test-design review cycles.
  • Coordinate new product development/product improvement projects.
  • Support the operations team and the Service team in their daily activities.
  • Manage external collaborators when necessary.
  • Encourage and promote the formalization of scientific reasoning (numbers and diagrams) that leads to the execution of each rapid cycle, paying particular attention to the documentation of the specified solution using appropriate tools.
  • Lead the three-level planning of projects (Timeline - Gantt MtoM - Task) and ensure the presence and formalization of the associated documents.
  • Encourage and/or guide the implementation of a specific solution, removing any potential obstacles.
  • Be able to guide the timely activation and maintenance of interaction with other areas impacted by the project (e.g., KPO, Certifications, Marketing, etc.).
  • Demonstrate a complete and clear vision of the product range for which one is responsible.
  • Manage modification and customization requests for the product range for which one is responsible, ensuring the defined time to market for each quadrant of the Eisenhower matrix.
  • Ensure QCT performance both in the development phase and in the maintenance phase of the product range for which one is responsible.


Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Product Innovation
  • Good knowledge of technical drawing with 3D and 2D CAD tools
