Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry‑leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. We support the on‑site installation, maintenance and planning of our industry‑leading products for our global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labour ensuring safety, compliance and quality.
• Oversee overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Gas Turbine products at customer sites.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment.
• Experience in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar).
• Solid customer‑service orientation, experienced in leading customers through tough decisions.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information to audiences with varying technical levels.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Italian and hold an EU passport.
• Willingness to travel significantly (up to 70%) with no geographical restriction, including offshore facilities.
