Mechanical Engineer – YPP (graduate program) is a dedicated learning and development path for fresh graduates, designed to support your first career steps within a leading global organization through a structured 2-year program.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.)
• Less than 18 months of professional experience
• Fluency in English and Italian; a third language is a plus
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
• Strong teamwork orientation
• Personal drive and result orientation
