We are looking for a Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineer specialized in tunnel ventilation to join the team of Infrastructure Technical Area at our Madrid offices.
At IDOM, we offer you the opportunity to participate in national and international projects as part of a team where you will have the support to push your professional boundaries and improve your skills every day. Design and calculation of mechanical ventilation and HVAC systems.
Coordinating with other disciplines during the various phases of project design and construction.
Developing engineering documents such as design reports, calculation reports, schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, layout plans, etc.
Communicating and coordinating with the BIM/CAD modeling team.
Preparing data sheets and technical specifications for equipment, including contacting suppliers and vendors.
Flexible schedule
Work remotely, one day or two afternoons per week
Tax deductible items (restaurant card, medical insurance, travel card, childcare ....)
Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or Aeronautical Engineering
Experience in tunnel or infrastructure projects is a plus
Are proficient in using calculation and simulation tools for aerodynamics/CFD (FDS, Ansys Fluent, Camatt, IDA Tunnel, etc.)
Are used to working in a BIM environment
Do have an advanced level of English.
