Are you ready to get your hands dirty with CAD and bring ideas to life? As a Mechanical Designer at Schindler, you’ll be part of a pragmatic, execution-focused team working on the next generation of elevator components. We’re looking for professionals who love designing, detailing, and making things work.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with international teams to create advanced technical solutions for elevator components;
• Use CREO to develop detailed 3D models and technical drawings;
• Manage engineering documentation and Bill of Materials (BOMs) in Windchill/SAP - ensuring smooth process release and accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

• Solid hands-on experience in mechanical CAD design , with strong proficiency preferably in PTC Creo - you know your way around 3D modeling, assemblies, and detailed drawings;
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with other CAD tools and can adapt quickly.
• Familiarity with Windchill for managing product data and documentation (or similar PLM systems);
• A practical mindset : you enjoy execution, detailing, and solving real design challenges;
• Strong team player with the drive to deliver top-quality results;
• A background in mechanical design - engineering degree is a plus;
• Fluent English (German is a bonus);
