As MCAD Product Owner at BOBST, you shape the vision and roadmap for MCAD capabilities across CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, and related tools. You drive adoption of best practices, data continuity, and design workflows in collaboration with Engineering, PLM, IT, and Manufacturing. You will guide enhancements within the BOBST Transformation Program and ensure strong user adoption. Define and own the MCAD product vision and roadmap Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on value and engineering needs Drive adoption of MCAD standards, modeling approaches, and design workflows Collaborate with mechanical engineering, PLM, IT, and downstream functions to ensure alignment and data continuity Lead or support enhancements, upgrades, and new functionalities across CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, and related tools Coordinate validation with key users, perform impact analyses, and monitor platform performance Support training materials, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives Travel up to 50% of time in Europe and Asia for short‑term and longer projects Responsabilità
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, CAD, or related field Proven experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in a PLM/MCAD environment Proven experience with CATIA V5 and/or V6 Strong familiarity with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Solid understanding of mechanical design processes, CAD methodologies, and PLM principles Ability to work in agile frameworks and write clear, structured user stories Requisiti fondamentali
