Mechanical Design & Construction Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive MEP Site Manager/Supervisor with strong leadership and organizational skills. Precision, problem‑solving ability in dynamic environments, entrepreneurial mindset, and a results‑oriented approach are essential to join our team in Rome or Milan and manage on‑site activities related to mechanical, electrical, and special systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the management and daily monitoring of site activities and the operational direction of MEP systems.
• Continuous interaction with and support to key on‑site stakeholders, including the Site Manager, Construction Management, and Technical Management.
• Assisting in the evaluation and selection of MEP subcontractors and analysing technical proposals.
• Supporting final testing and commissioning, and supervising all phases of system handover to the client.
• Assisting in the preparation of key documents such as Work Progress Reports (SAL) and managing variations during construction.
• Supervising, developing, and mentoring on‑site project staff, and supporting work planning activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience (at least 15 years) in site supervision of MEP systems on complex projects.
• Excellent command of both Italian and English.
• Ability to read and interpret digital drawings and specialised technical documentation.
