Mechanical Completion Coordinator

MISSION:

Coordinate all Home Office activities and manage the interface between the Construction and Commissioning Teams to facilitate Mechanical Completion achievement, supporting the handover of the plant, guiding and monitoring the work performed by disciplines and Project Team members involved in the Mechanical Completion process. This role oversees communication and reporting regarding System Completion through the project’s computerized Completion Management System.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To coordinate all aspects of Mechanical Completion, including the implementation of Mechanical Completion System and the Mechanical Completion Tool;
• Ensure the preparation of all relevant procedures linked to handover activities;
• Guide Mechanical Completion Engineers in the preparation of the documents required;
• Coordinate the interface between Construction and Commissioning team for hand over completion;
• To promote all the action necessary to provide the final completion of subsystem / system, for subsequent handover to the downstream pre-commissioning works;
• To monitor that the system/subsystem completion is planned according to the priority defined in the pre-commissioning / commissioning schedule;
• To ensure the progress updating for certification completion and punch list close out;
• To ensure the achievement of Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) and subsequent handover to Client;
• Participate in the activities addressed to the arrangement of the Handover presentation (if applicable);

When MILEMATE! is utilized, he/she will:

• Arrange MILEMATE! training for approved user (if applicable).
• Coordinate with Engineering and Commissioning teams to ensure all the deliverables required to build up the Completion Database in line with the contractual requirements (TAG list/ Family TAG list/ System and subsystem list/Check sheet MOD-ITP and PQ, marked up P&ID and drawings).
• Coordinate with Test pack Coordinator about uploading and updating defined test pack at site and ISOs related to and with the Loop check Coordinator about uploading and updating defined loop check at site.
• Ensure Subsystems/Check Sheets (MOD-ITP) to each components/TAGS according to approved PQ’s.
• Ensure that all check sheets (MOD-ITP) are imported and verified into MILEMATE!
• Ensure the set-up of Punch List process and interface with MILEMATE!
• Ensure the implementation of the Field Inspection & Certification Dossier structure inside MILEMATE!
