Mechanical and Thermal Industrialization Engineer

Responsibilities
- Development and updating of mechanical drawings in 2D/3D CAD (preferably SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Collaboration with the R&D, electrical and production teams for mechanical integration of components into electrical panels and structures
- Preparation of bills of materials (BOM) of a product and technical documentation
- Creation of assembly instructions and mounting diagram
- Support to the production department during assembly and testing phases
- Management of technical changes with detailed redesign, where necessary, following a “change requests” and updating of related documentation
- All product documentation will be managed through PDM (Product Data Management) or project management software
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of prior experience in design of light metalwork or electromechanical equipment production
- Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Precision, attention to detail, and a quality‑oriented mindset
- Experience in managing technical documentation for production
