FAO seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Specialist to lead design and implementation of MEAL systems in the Isabela and Cagayan provinces. The role emphasizes data collection, beneficiary feedback, and learning processes to improve cash-plus, climate resilience and early action interventions.
The successful candidate will coordinate with government and partners, ensure GEDSI integration, and deliver evidence-based reports for donor requirements.
