Position Overview :

Reporting directly to the Commercial Management Team, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as MEA Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our sales operations across the Middle East , Iran , Africa , Saudi Arabia , and the Emirates , ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, expanding our market presence, and cultivating relationships with key partners and customers. You will focus on building and growing long-term partnerships within multiple industries, including Household, Public Health, Agrochemicals, and Pest Control (PCO). Additionally, you will support the company’s participation in International Fairs and Meetings.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the sales targets and commercial policies for the assigned markets in MEA (Middle East and Africa);
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at revenue growth, market share increase, and expansion in the MEA region;
  • Monitor competitor actions and market developments in key channels: Household, PCO, Public Health, and Agro;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributors, customers, and industry partners to foster loyalty and drive business growth;
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and provide training and support to customers to capitalize on their growth potential;
  • Analyze sales performance, market data, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and provide regular commercial reports to the Leadership Team;
  • Enhance sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry developments related to biocidal and agricultural markets (household insecticides, pesticides) in the MEA region;
  • Represent the company at international fairs, trade shows, and key meetings within the MEA region.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Agriculture, Biology, or related fields;
  • At least 5 years of experience in international sales, with expertise in markets such as Middle East, Africa, and Iran;
  • Strong knowledge of PPM and HHI markets is an advantage;
  • Experience in the chemical industry is a nice to have but not a requirement;
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, French, or other regional languages) will be considered a plus;
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships, manage large accounts, and negotiate high-value contracts;
  • Proven track record in sales management, with a focus on achieving growth targets and increasing market share;
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills;
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the MEA region (up to 50% of the time);
  • Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements for biocidal products and pesticides is a plus.


Location : This position is based in Italy, but requires frequent travel within the Middle East, Africa.
