MDS Regional Sales Manager (Lombardia, Triveneto, Emilia Romagna)

Job Description Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager collaborates with leadership to implement commercial strategies while building key hospital partnerships and managing stakeholders, particularly KOLs. Responsible for achieving business objectives through effective team leadership, monitoring sales performance, identifying new opportunities, and developing team members' skills for professional growth.

Job Description:
Main responsibilities include:

  • Actively collaborate with the National Sales Manager and the Country Business Leader in the implementation of defined strategies and in the development and execution of agreed commercial tactics to achieve company objectives.
  • Ensure the achievement of assigned business objectives (ROS - Return on Sales) in a multi-regional geographic area through:
    • Building partnership relationships with key hospital structures in the assigned area;
    • Interacting with key clinical and economic stakeholders in the relevant area, with particular attention to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs);
    • Constantly monitoring the results achieved by the team (both direct and indirect) against the commercial plan, encouraging the identification of new projects and business opportunities to feed the sales funnel;
    • Ongoing monitoring of the use of all BD applications.
  • Manage the assigned sales team and support the development of functional skills to achieve business objectives and foster professional growth.

About You:

  • Degree in Economics or scientific discipline.
  • English proficiency.
  • Extensive MS-Office knowledge.
  • Experience in the commercial/sales area, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Italian public tender experience + complex negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of purchase mechanisms in public and private hospital environments.
  • Knowledge of strategic sales techniques and negotiations.
  • Leadership/management experience.
  • Coaching/teamwork skills.
