MDO Process Lead — CPP Film Line Startup

A global packaging leader seeks an MDO Process Specialist to lead the startup of a new production line for CPP-films. The role involves working hands-on to ensure process stability and efficiency while providing technical leadership. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in Engineering, over 5 years of experience in MDO or BOPP lines, and strong knowledge of polypropylene processes. Fluency in both Italian and English is required. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Italy.
